Finaley reads a company's ledgers, bank statements, vendor and payroll records, finds what doesn't add up, and hands you signed findings you can act on. You buy a finished report, not a login.

    A forensic accountant signs

A credentialed reviewer works through the flags, discards false positives, requests supporting documents and interviews management where needed. Then they sign. That signature is what you pay for.

Where single-country tools stop

Built for books that cross borders.

Most forensic software is built for one market. Finaley checks the books against each country's regulatory records, and follows the money when it leaves.

01 · India and UAE

Regulatory data cross-checks

What the company filed with the government, tested against what its books say.

  • INGST returns vs the sales and purchase books
  • INMCA director and shareholder records vs related-party payments
  • INTDS returns vs payroll and contractor payments
  • AETrade licence status and activities vs what the company actually trades
  • AECorporate tax registration and filings vs reported profit in the books

Every mismatch is traced to the entries behind it and reviewed before it becomes a finding.

02 · India, UAE and US

Cross-border AML tracing

Related-party money followed across jurisdictions, where single-country checks lose the trail.

  1. INIndiaParent pays a 'consultancy' invoice
  2. AEUAEFree-zone entity, same director
  3. USUnited StatesReturns as a shareholder loanLoop closed

Evidence, not opinions

Every flag comes with the numbers behind it.

Statistical tests like Benford's law show where a ledger stops behaving like real business activity. Each spike links back to the exact entries, users and dates, so your signer, your board or an investor can check it line by line.

Illustrative output. Amounts starting with 5 appear far more often than expected, a pattern that often points to entries kept just under a ₹5L approval limit.

Who signs your report

Every report names the people who worked on it. Our associates prepare the findings, a specialist reviews them, and a licensed partner firm in your jurisdiction signs on its own letterhead.

Security and structure

Built for confidential
financial data.

Our reports present forensic review findings, or the results of agreed-upon procedures, with scope and limitations stated in writing. They are not an audit opinion.

  • Read-only connections

Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero connect with read-only access. We never post, edit or delete an entry in your books.

  • Separated by design

Finaley's technology company runs the engine. A licensed partner firm in each country reviews and signs. The regulated work stays with the licensed party.

  • Traceable findings

Every flag in the report links back to the exact ledger lines and bank transactions behind it, so anyone can check our work.

  • Confidential by default

An NDA is in place before data arrives. Data is used only for your engagement and deleted on request when it ends.

Questions

Finaley handles your books under an NDA, with read-only access and a named reviewer accountable for every finding.

  • Traditional firms bill by the hour and start with weeks of manual data work. Our engine does that work in hours, so a credentialed reviewer spends their time on the findings that matter. You get a fixed price up front and a signed report in days.

  • No. Our reports present forensic review findings, or the results of agreed-upon procedures, with the scope and limitations stated clearly. They are not an audit opinion and they do not replace your statutory auditor.

  • A licensed forensic professional where the company is registered: a Chartered Accountant firm in India, a registered auditor in the UAE, a CFE or forensic CPA in the US, and a chartered or certified accountant in the UK and EU. Their name is on every report.

  • A light diligence is signed in about 3 days once we have the data. Larger scopes come with a delivery date in the quote. Monitoring clients get a signed note on a fixed day each month. The main variable is how fast supporting documents arrive.

  • Yes, on request. Finaley's on-ground verifiers can visit a flagged vendor's registered address and record whether a real business is operating there. It's quoted separately, only for the vendors you want checked.

  • Yes. Most clients start with a health check on one entity. If it's useful, move to monitoring and the engine keeps running on your books every month.
