Finaley legal & policies
Finaley is an online intermediary operated by VABERACO BOOKMI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (a Private Limited Company incorporated in India). The platform connects Requesters who post real-world tasks with Verifiers who complete them, and provides a wallet with held-funds protection, proof-verification and payout infrastructure to support those transactions.
The documents below set out the terms on which we provide the platform and how we handle your data and money. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Finaley, you agree to be bound by these policies.
Terms of Service
→The agreement governing your use of Finaley as a Requester (task poster) or Verifier, including eligibility, the task lifecycle, wallet mechanics, fees, payouts and dispute resolution.
Privacy Policy
→How VABERACO BOOKMI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED collects, uses, shares, retains and protects your personal data, aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and your rights as a Data Principal.
Disclaimer
→Our payout, recharge and withdrawal terms, the absence of any guarantee of task availability or earnings, the third-party payment-processor disclaimer, and the “as-is” nature of the platform.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
→How wallet recharges, task cancellations, disputes and chargebacks are handled, which fees are non-refundable, and the applicable timelines.
